1. Who we are. ASYNC YAZILIM BİLİŞİM PROGRAMLAMA SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. operates LORAX and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: info@asyncomp.com.
2. What we collect.
- Account basics: a device identifier, the name you choose, your language, time zone, your preference, the date of birth you enter to confirm your age, and the timestamps of your age confirmation and AI-processing consent.
- Conversations and media: the messages you write and the photos, videos and voice messages you send — including any photo you upload when you create your own character — plus the characters' replies and generated photos. During a "live stream", camera frames and microphone audio are processed to let the characters react; streams are not broadcast to other people.
- Purchases: your credit and subscription transactions, processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- Usage and notifications: in-app events (e.g. sign-up, purchases, feature usage) tied to a random user ID, and your push notification token.
- We do not collect your precise location or your contacts, and we do not read your photo library: only the individual photos you choose and upload are processed.
3. How we use it. To run the service (generating character replies and photos, keeping character "memory" so conversations stay consistent), to process purchases, to send notifications you allowed, to keep the service safe (abuse and fraud prevention, content moderation, handling reports), and to understand product usage through our own analytics. We do not sell your data and we show no third-party advertising.
4. Who receives data.
- xAI (USA) — your messages and sent media are processed by xAI's models to generate replies. You consent to this in the app before your first conversation.
- Apple — payments and push notifications.
- Amazon Web Services (EU, Frankfurt) — hosting and media storage.
These providers process data on our behalf; they are not allowed to use it for their own advertising. Data may be transferred outside your country; we rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
5. Photos you upload to create a character. When you create your own character you can optionally upload a face photo and a full-body photo. They are used only to generate that character's appearance and to keep it consistent in the images the character sends later. For that purpose we derive an internal visual identity reference from the photo and keep it on our servers for as long as the character exists; it is never shown to you or to anyone else. The photos are processed by our image-generation infrastructure solely for that purpose. They are not used for advertising, marketing, face recognition or identity verification, and they are not shared with third parties for those purposes. When you delete the character, the uploaded photos and the identity reference are permanently deleted. You may only upload a photo of yourself or of an adult who has given you their explicit permission.
6. Retention and deletion. Your data is kept while your account exists. If you delete your account in the app, your conversations, media, memory and profile are permanently deleted; aggregated statistics are kept without any link to you. Backups roll off within 7 days.
7. Your rights. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California, KVKK in Türkiye), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to processing. Use the in-app account deletion, or contact info@asyncomp.com.
8. Children. LORAX is not intended for children. We do not knowingly process children's data; accounts suspected of being below the minimum age are removed.
9. Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS); access is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure — contact us if you suspect a problem.
10. Changes. We will announce material changes in the app.

2. Ne topluyoruz.
- Hesap temelleri: cihaz tanımlayıcısı, seçtiğiniz isim, dil, saat dilimi, tercihiniz, yaşınızı doğrulamak için girdiğiniz doğum tarihi ve yaş beyanı ile yapay zekâ rızası zaman damgaları.
- Konuşmalar ve medya: yazdığınız mesajlar; gönderdiğiniz fotoğraf, video ve sesli mesajlar — kendi karakterinizi oluştururken yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar dahil; karakterlerin cevapları ve üretilen fotoğraflar. "Canlı yayın" sırasında kamera kareleri ve mikrofon sesi, karakterlerin tepki verebilmesi için işlenir; yayınlar başka kişilere gösterilmez.
- Satın almalar: Apple üzerinden işlenen kredi ve abonelik işlemleri. Ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
- Kullanım ve bildirimler: rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliğine bağlı uygulama içi olaylar ve bildirim jetonunuz.
- Hassas konumunuzu ve rehberinizi toplamayız; fotoğraf arşivinizi okumayız — yalnızca seçip yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar işlenir.
3. Nasıl kullanıyoruz. Hizmeti çalıştırmak (karakter cevapları ve fotoğrafları üretmek, konuşmaların tutarlı kalması için karakter "hafızasını" tutmak), satın almaları işlemek, izin verdiğiniz bildirimleri göndermek, hizmeti güvende tutmak (kötüye kullanım önleme, içerik denetimi, bildirimlerin incelenmesi) ve kendi analitiğimizle ürün kullanımını anlamak için. Verinizi satmayız; üçüncü taraf reklamı göstermeyiz.
4. Kimlere aktarılıyor.
- xAI (ABD) — mesajlarınız ve gönderdiğiniz medya, cevap üretilmesi için xAI'ın modellerinde işlenir. Buna ilk konuşmadan önce uygulama içinde rıza verirsiniz.
- Apple — ödemeler ve bildirimler.
- Amazon Web Services (AB, Frankfurt) — barındırma ve medya depolama.
Bu sağlayıcılar veriyi bizim adımıza işler; kendi reklamları için kullanamazlar. Veri, ülkeniz dışına aktarılabilir; sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme güvenceleri uygulanır.
5. Karakter oluşturmak için yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar. Kendi karakterinizi oluştururken isteğe bağlı olarak bir yüz fotoğrafı ve bir boy fotoğrafı yükleyebilirsiniz. Bunlar yalnızca o karakterin görünümünü üretmek ve karakterin sonradan gönderdiği görsellerde bu görünümü tutarlı tutmak için kullanılır. Bu amaçla fotoğraftan dahili bir görsel kimlik referansı üretilir ve karakter var olduğu sürece sunucularımızda saklanır; bu referans ne size ne de başkasına gösterilir. Fotoğraflar yalnızca bu amaçla, görsel üretim altyapımızda işlenir. Reklam, pazarlama, yüz tanıma veya kimlik tespiti için kullanılmaz ve bu amaçlarla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Karakteri sildiğinizde yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar ve kimlik referansı kalıcı olarak silinir. Yalnızca kendinize ait ya da size açık izin vermiş bir yetişkine ait fotoğraf yükleyebilirsiniz.
6. Saklama ve silme. Verileriniz hesabınız var olduğu sürece tutulur. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silerseniz konuşmalarınız, medyanız, hafıza ve profiliniz kalıcı olarak silinir; toplu istatistikler sizinle bağlantısız olarak kalır. Yedekler 7 gün içinde döngüden çıkar.
7. Haklarınız. Yaşadığınız yere göre (AB/BK'de GDPR, Kaliforniya'da CCPA, Türkiye'de KVKK) verinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, taşıma ve işlemeye itiraz haklarınız olabilir. Uygulama içi hesap silmeyi kullanın veya info@asyncomp.com adresine yazın.
8. Çocuklar. LORAX çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklara ait veriyi bilerek işlemeyiz; asgari yaşın altında olduğundan şüphelenilen hesaplar kaldırılır.
9. Güvenlik. Veri aktarımda şifrelenir (TLS); erişim kısıtlı ve kayıtlıdır.
10. Değişiklikler. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.
