LORAX — Terms of Service

1. What LORAX is. LORAX is an entertainment app operated by ASYNC YAZILIM BİLİŞİM PROGRAMLAMA SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("we"). It lets you chat with fictional, AI-generated characters. The characters are not real people; their messages, photos, voices and "live streams" are generated by artificial intelligence. Nothing they say is professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial or psychological).
2. Age. You must have reached the age of majority in your country of residence, and you must meet the minimum age shown for the app on the App Store, to use LORAX. By using the app you confirm this.
3. Your account. Your account is tied to your device and your Apple account backup (iCloud Keychain). Keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app; deletion permanently removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Credits and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple. Credits are a virtual item with no real-world monetary value; they cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded except as required by law or Apple's policies. Subscription benefits (including monthly bonus credits) apply per billing period; unused bonus credits expire at the end of each period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings. Prices may change for future periods with notice through the App Store.
5. Acceptable use. You may not use LORAX to: attempt to generate content sexualising minors or presenting anyone as a minor; harass, threaten or defame real people; impersonate real people; produce or distribute illegal content; probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or resell access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You can report content in the app; reports are reviewed.
6. AI-generated content. Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or fictional even when they sound confident. Content you receive is for personal entertainment. We may use automated systems to keep content within our rules.
7. Intellectual property. The app, the characters and all generated content remain our property or the property of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and to keep generated content for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimers and liability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes and termination. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. If you keep using LORAX after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

1. LORAX nedir. LORAX, ASYNC YAZILIM BİLİŞİM PROGRAMLAMA SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("biz") tarafından işletilen bir eğlence uygulamasıdır. Kurgusal, yapay zekâ üretimi karakterlerle sohbet etmenizi sağlar. Karakterler gerçek kişiler değildir; mesajları, fotoğrafları, sesleri ve "canlı yayınları" yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir. Söyledikleri hiçbir şey profesyonel tavsiye (tıbbi, hukuki, mali veya psikolojik) değildir.
2. Yaş. LORAX'ı kullanmak için ikamet ettiğiniz ülkede reşit olmanız ve uygulamanın App Store'da gösterilen asgari yaş sınırını karşılamanız gerekir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bunu beyan etmiş olursunuz.
3. Hesabınız. Hesabınız cihazınıza ve Apple hesabı yedeğinize (iCloud Anahtar Zinciri) bağlıdır. Cihazınızı güvende tutun; hesabınızdaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz; silme, kişisel verilerinizi Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatıldığı şekilde kalıcı olarak kaldırır.
4. Krediler ve abonelikler. Satın almalar Apple üzerinden işlenir. Krediler gerçek parasal değeri olmayan sanal öğelerdir; yasa veya Apple politikaları gerektirmedikçe devredilemez, bozdurulamaz ve iade edilemez. Abonelik faydaları (aylık hediye krediler dahil) fatura dönemi başına geçerlidir; kullanılmayan hediye krediler dönem sonunda sona erer. Abonelikler, Apple hesap ayarlarından iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Fiyatlar, gelecek dönemler için App Store üzerinden bildirimde bulunularak değişebilir.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım. LORAX'ı şunlar için kullanamazsınız: reşit olmayanları cinselleştiren veya herhangi birini reşit değilmiş gibi gösteren içerik üretmeye çalışmak; gerçek kişilere taciz, tehdit veya iftira; gerçek kişileri taklit; yasa dışı içerik üretimi/dağıtımı; servisi zorlama, aşırı yükleme, tersine mühendislik; erişimi yeniden satma. Bu kuralları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. İçerikleri uygulama içinden bildirebilirsiniz; bildirimler incelenir.
6. Yapay zekâ üretimi içerik. Cevaplar yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir; kendinden emin görünse bile hatalı, eksik veya kurgusal olabilir. Aldığınız içerik kişisel eğlence amaçlıdır.
7. Fikri mülkiyet. Uygulama, karakterler ve üretilen tüm içerik bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Size, uygulamayı kullanmak ve üretilen içeriği kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla saklamak için devredilemez bir lisans verilir.
8. Sorumluluk. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, toplam sorumluluğumuz talepten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Yasal tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.
9. Değişiklik ve fesih. Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Değişiklik sonrası kullanmaya devam ederseniz yeni koşullar geçerli olur.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici korumaları saklıdır.
